*High School graduate or equivalent
*Minimum two (2) years of customer service work
*Experience working in a health care environment preferred
*Experience working in a contact center preferred
*Experience with Cerner and/or eClinical Works electronic health record preferred
*Ability to manage continuous inbound telephone calls in a contact center model
*Ability to prioritize calls, and redirect emergent calls immediately following department protocols
*Ability to independently problem solve and meet patient and family needs
*Ability to effectively work in both a team environment and independently
*Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with provider, patients, families, and employees
*Ability to effectively work in a remote environment and connect via multiple communication channels (phone, email, text, etc.)
*Ability to meet departmental quality, production and scheduling and registration standards
*Skill in communicating with patients and families
*Skill in Microsoft Office
*Skill in written and oral communication
*Skill in data entry with minimal errors
