* Candidates must be a graduate student of an accredited Master of Health care Administration program.
Education:
* Master in Healthcare Administration Program
Experience:
* 1-2 years prior healthcare experience is preferred.
* A desire to work in a Pediatric environment is a plus.
* Previous experience in performance improvement, driving & developing business opportunities, and Project Management.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
* Effective verbal and written communication.
* Analytical skills necessary to access facts and develop recommendations.
* Interpersonal and communication skills required to work with all levels of the health care organization.
