*JD degree from an accredited law school
*Superior academic performance
*Must be a member, in good standing, of the Minnesota Bar (or ability to become admitted within one year of hire)
*Two to four years of responsibility providing legal services in a government or corporate setting, a health care organizational setting, or to health care clients in a law firm setting
*Demonstrated experience in general corporate, commercial, and healthcare transactional matters
