Education:
*High school diploma or GED, required
*Associate's degree or higher, preferred
Experience:
*Minimum two-years' experience working in an office setting required. Hospital, health care or legal field preferred
*Minimum one-year experience managing qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis required
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
*Knowledge of community advocacy organizations in Minnesota
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills required and the ability to identify time-sensitive legal problems
*Bilingual applicants preferred (Spanish or Somali)
*Strong organizational skills with a strong attention to detail required
*Proficient in MS Office Suite applications
