Education
* BA in education and/or adult learning, or equivalent

Experience
Required:
Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in:
* Education/presentation experience with groups of various sizes, as well as ability to individualize to one on one education.
* Developing curriculum and delivering end user software education.
* Use of education methodologies and adult learning principles.
* Functional, procedural or system analysis for IT applications.
* High level experience using Microsoft Office products. Experience in instructional design.

Preferred:
* Experience working within Healthcare - directly-related clinical experience, healthcare informatics or healthcare education.
* Experience working in a role working directly with physicians (hospital or clinic and/or analyst/tech/etc.).
* Experience working with a Healthcare EMR (Electronic Medical Record).
- Knowledge of physician workflows
- Experience with Cerner or Epic

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
* Ability to view education issues from a comprehensive, system-wide perspective.
* Knowledge and use of project management and analysis/problem solving.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and soft skills demonstrating the ability to work with and instruct all levels of healthcare professionals.
* Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
* Combines creativity with a solid work ethic supporting a high level of productivity.
* Works effectively with subject matter experts and other team members. Leverages relevant clinical informatics and EMR subject matter expert knowledge.

Expectations of role:
a. Ability to work independently and in a fast paced, dynamic, and sometimes unpredictable schedule
b. Flexibility to travel and cover across the organization/campus locations
c. Consistent work hours with flexibility to meet the demands of the position, which includes:
* Supporting clinical staff through downtime events, outages, and other EMR/project events, which could include evenings and/or weekends as needed
* Education delivery/Project go-lives requiring coverage for all staff shifts, which could include evenings and/or weekends as needed
* Supporting just in time education or support as identified by staff management on a "as needed basis"
d. Rotate on-call for Clinical Informatics team - includes coverage after hours and weekends as according to on-call schedule.
