Education:

Required:  High-School graduate or equivalent; an enrolled student pursuing an IT, Healthcare, Business degree or IT certification.

Experience: 

  • Microsoft Windows products (Word, Excel, Access and Project) or equivalent. Aptitude for learning new software tools and products.

Preferred Experience:

  • Practical experience with healthcare and/or clinical applications

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:   

  • Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate effectively with physicians, nurses and various other hospital personnel.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of associates and management.
  • Ability to actively contribute within a team-focused environment.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast pace, dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare software applications is a plus
  • Demonstrated experience working with clinical and technical customers, vendors, peers, and management with demonstrated success and experience building relationships with physicians, nurses, and other clinicians, is a plus.
