*MD. DO, MBBS or equivalent medical degree
*Completed general pediatrics residency in an ACGME accredited pediatric residency program
License/Certification/Registration required? Yes
*Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Pediatrics
*Current State of Minnesota Medical License and DEA Certificate
*Current NRP and BLS certifications
*Hospital credentials and member of the professional staff at Children's Hospitals and Clinics of MN and sites.

Experience:
*Residency experience in delivery room, newborn and/or NICU
*Knowledge and experience with quality improvement work, safety initiatives, systems-based practice, patient-centered care
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
*Understanding and management of the medical and surgical issues of the neonatal population of patients cared for in the NICU with the direct supervision by the neonatologist.
*Ability to work in a collaborative care model with all members of the health care team and patient families.
*Develop and perform procedural skills for the management of the patient in the delivery room and NICU, including neonatal resuscitations.
