Qualifications
Education: APRN: Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program. Master’s Degree required; Doctorate preferred. Physician Assistant: Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistants program. Master’s degree required; Doctorate preferred
License / Certification: APRN: Current MN RN/APRN License. Nationally Board Certified as a Nurse Practitioner with either the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board (PNCB) or American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) Physician Assistant: MN Physician Assistant License. National Certification required by NCCPA.
· Current BLS certification.
· CPHON certification required within one year (2000 hours experience required)
· Chemo/Bio certification required immediately upon hire, attending the first available course
