Qualifications

Education: APRN: Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program. Master’s Degree required; Doctorate preferred. Physician Assistant: Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant Program. Master’s Degree required; Doctorate preferred.

License / Certification: APRN: Current MN RN/APRN License. Nationally Board Certified as a Nurse Practitioner with either the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board (PNCB) or American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) Current BLS certification. Physician Assistant: MN Physician Assistant License. National Certification required by NCCPA. Current BLS certification.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
* Experience in basic clinical specialization
* Excellent written and verbal skills
* Excellent conflict resolution and interpersonal relationship skills
* Strong computer skills including EMR, Windows, Excel
* Critical thinking skills
* Ability to work autonomously
