License/Certification/Registration- Required:
*Current Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license AND
*Current Minnesota Psychiatric Mental Health Advanced Practice Registered Nurse license

Education: Required: Successful completion of a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner master's or doctor of nursing practice degree program (or meet the criteria for waiver of a master's degree) within the specialty area of Psychiatric Mental Health.

Experience:
* At least 500 hours of clinical experience within the last 36 months (may be fulfilled through graduate clinical hours AND
* Documentation of demonstrated expertise in the area of specialization within the last 5 years
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
* Experience in basic clinical specialization
* Excellent written and verbal skills
* Excellent conflict resolution and interpersonal relationship skills
* Strong computer skills including EMR, Windows, Excel
* Critical thinking skills
* Ability to work autonomously:
