*Graduate from a college/school of Pharmacy accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) OR graduate from a foreign college of pharmacy that has at least a five-year curriculum and has passed the Foreign Pharmacy Graduate Equivalency Examination (FPGEE) and become certified by the Foreign Pharmacy Graduate Equivalency Commission (FPGEC), required.
*Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an ACPE-accredited institution, preferred.
*Pharmacist Licensure in the state of Minnesota current or within three months of hire, required.
*Basic Life Support (BLS) certification current or within three months of hire, required.
*Three years' experience practicing as a pharmacist in a health-system, specifically in the area of planned oversight (e.g., hospital, retail, home infusion, ambulatory). This qualification is waived for completion of a pharmacy administrative practice residency.
*Must be able to fulfill management competencies.
*Advanced degree in a managerial, administrative, or business field (e.g. MS, MBA), preferred.
*Advanced administrative training such as a pharmacy residency focused on leadership, preferred.
*Managerial, administrative and business skills, preferred.
*Experience with pharmacy-related project planning and implementation, preferred.
