Education:
* 2 year Associates Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
* 5+ years of high volume Accounts Payable processing experience.
* 2 year Associates Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is preferred.
* Solid base understanding of accounting principles, PeopleSoft system, and accounts payable processes, and windows environment.
* Ability to professionally communicate both written and orally, with all levels of staff, externally and internally.
* Ability to develop training materials and training of employees in Accounts Payable.
* Ability to develop training materials and administer training to end users for the online payment request and employee reimbursements process.
* Ability to independently solve problems related to operations, using analytic problem solving techniques leading to appropriate solutions.
* Ability to meet deadline.
* Quick learner, open to change, solution focused, collaborative, and driven.
