Education:
*Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred.

Experience:
*7-10 years in strategy and business development roles, ideally within the healthcare sector and large-scale organizational environments (e.g., 5,000+ employees).
*Comprehensive understanding of the health innovation landscape, with the ability to stay abreast of trends, recognize key players, leverage cutting-edge technologies, and conduct insightful competitive intelligence and market assessments.
*Expertise in devising sophisticated business cultivation strategies and successfully implementing them, with a familiarity of relevant business rules and regulations.
*Proven aptitude for managing a dynamic workload within a compact and agile team, respecting confidentiality rules and exhibiting adaptability in a rapidly changing environment.
*Demonstrated experience leading strategic thinking and collaborative prioritization in a complex organization, with a focus on driving measurable outcomes and fostering a culture of strategic planning.
*Commitment to equitable and inclusive planning approaches, paired with experience in project-level oversight, including budget management and team leadership.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
*Proficiency in driving strategic and business planning deliverables, encompassing financial proformas, SWOT analyses, environmental assessments, facilities/site planning, and analytics/trend reports, among others.
*Strong analytical interpretation capabilities, with the ability to formulate strategic questions, synthesize data and insights, and translate these into comprehensible and actionable information for business owners.
*Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, capable of adapting to a wide variety of audiences, including clinical staff, business personnel, and senior management.
*An in-depth understanding of the various domains of healthcare, including providers, payers, government, and tech, and the ability to translate evolving healthcare and other sector trends into practical applications within Children's Minnesota.
*Creative, nimble, and applicable financial acumen, with the ability to scrutinize proformas, financial statements, and ask critical questions to support the prioritization of strategy and planning objectives.
*An innovative mindset with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances, develop new approaches to challenges, and implement practical solutions in a dynamic healthcare environment.
